This research paper explores the role of blockchain technology in enhancing cybersecurity, focusing on how its decentralised and immutable nature can mitigate various cyber threats. While traditionally associated with cryptocurrencies, blockchains potential extend to applications such as supply chain management, digital identity, and network security. This paper discusses these applications and evaluates the advantages and challenges of using blockchain for cybersecurity.
