Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of school’s image, graduate’s qual- ity, promotion, and tuition fees to the students’ interest in entering the Administration Department at SMK PGRI 01 Mejobo Kudus. The population in this study is all students of the Department of Administrative Administration as many as 148 students with sample calculation techniques using the formula slovin obtained a sample of 108 students. Sampling tech- nique in this research using random sampling technique and this research is quantitative causality. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained equation MN = 11.402 + 0.280 CS + 0.234 KL + 0.224 P + 0.147 BP + e. Test significance of regression equation premises F test, obtained Fcount = 42,090 with a significance value of 0.000 which means smaller than 0.05. The amount of influence simultaneously or together from school’s image, the quality of graduates, promotion, and tuition fees on the interest of students entering the Department of Administration Office 60.6%. While the influence of partial or one by one for school’s image of 12.67%, graduate’s quality of 7.34%, promotion of 5.19%, and tuition fees of 7.95%.
